Deadlines to return a package

You have a period of 14 days to change your mind if you buy online or over the phone. This is the right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right, the seller must reimburse you for the goods or services ordered. Once your right of withdrawal exercised, you just have to print your return label from ColiBack to return your package with one of our transport partners.

The deadlines vary according to the offer you choose. ColiBack offers you the following solutions :

  • - the express solution Chronopost / Colissimo (1 to 3 days delay)
  • - the economic solution Mondial Relay (5 to 8 days delay)
  • - home comfort solutions DHL / France Express (2 to 5 days delay)

When validating your Chronopost return label, the ColiBack location lets you select the pickup relays closest to you or your place of work. However, with your Chronopost label, you can drop off your parcel at any post office, Chronopost branch or pickup station. Your label is not related to the pickup relay selected during the validation of your Chronopost return label.

When validating your Colissimo return label, the colissimo location suggests that you select the Colissimo drop off points closest to you or your workplace. However, with your Colissimo label, you can drop off your parcel at any post office, at Colissimo drop-off points or in your mailbox. Your label is not related to the selected drop point during the validation of your Colissimo return label.

When validating your Mondial Relay return label, the Mondial Relay location lets you select the drop-off points closest to you or your place of work. However, with your Mondial Relay label, you can deposit your parcel in all Mondial Relay deposit points. Your label is unrelated to the selected deposit point during validation of your Mondial Relay return label.

When validating your DHL return label, you specified an address and pickup date. On the day of the pick-up, you must be present at this address between 09:00 and 17:00.
